Quick and Easy Pie Crust

Looking for the perfect pie crust? Look no more. This is a quick and easy pie crust that was given to me by a friend. It is a no-fail pie crust that you can't get wrong.

1/2 Cup vegetable oil
1/4 Cup water

1 1/2 cups flour
dash salt

In a medium sized bowl combine the flour and salt. Set aside.

In a small sauce pan combine the vegetable oil and the water. Heat on medium until you first notice tiny bubbles on the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat immediately and add to your flour mixture. Using a spoon stir the batter until mixed well.
Take off 2 sheets of waxed paper. Lay dough one one of the waxed papers and put the other waxed paper on top. Using a rolling pin roll out the dough to a circle large enough to fit inside your pie pan. Remove top layer of waxed paper and very carefully flip dough into pie pan and slowly remove waxed paper.

This recipe is enough for 1 crust. Double recipe if you are making a 2 crust pie. To prebake crust poke small holes with fork and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
