Snow days are some of the BEST days!! Where we live school is cancelled when we get only a few inches of snow. A big snow for us is usually 4-5 inches. Last Tuesday we had one of the biggest snow storms in almost a century! We had around 18-20 inches of snow with drifts around 5-6 feet! Tonight we just received another 3-4 inches of snow and a phone call that school was cancelled yet again! I love snow days with my kids, although my almost 2 year old doesn't care much for it. While the kids had snow ball fights, my youngest Ellie stared up at the trees to watch the birds sing.
